PANALOKO Terms and Conditions —
read the agreement before your next account action
Read the terms displayed by the current PANALOKO service before registering, transferring funds, accepting an offer or participating. This page explains the account and payment conditions to inspect using PANALOKO’s published features. It does not create a contract for the operator or confirm present company identity, governing law or a dispute outcome. Verify the destination and identify the version that applies to your account and intended action.

Section 01
Identify the operator, agreement and eligibility rules
Find the company details, covered service, version date and acceptance action in the current terms. Read the full agreement before acting rather than relying on an earlier screenshot or a summary. Seek an explanation if an important clause is missing or inconsistent. Reading this information page does not accept, create or alter an account agreement, and should not replace inspection of the actual service terms.
These pages are intended for Philippine adults aged 21+ only. Earlier brand material contains a lower-age reference; that wording is not permission for someone under 21 to participate. Confirm current age, account and location conditions and whether the activity is permitted to you. A brand slogan, domain or historical licence statement cannot establish present local authorisation or settle eligibility for a particular account.
Keep the version relevant to registration, a payment or an accepted offer. Read how later changes are communicated, when they apply and how pending actions are treated. If a revised clause affects your decision, clarify its application before proceeding. The editorial review date on this page does not establish that the operator adopted a new agreement or amended its own terms on the same date.
Section 02
Read ownership, access and restriction conditions
Use your own accurate details and retain control of the account’s contact and recovery methods. Read eligibility, ownership and duplicate-account conditions before registration. Recovery difficulties and restrictions should be handled through the existing account process rather than a replacement registration. The available material does not establish a fixed closure, restoration or forfeiture outcome; inspect the current procedures and the circumstances of the account.
- Keep passwords, recovery codes and sign-in approvals private and under your control.
- For activity you do not recognise, use the verified recovery or Service route. Read the account FAQ to prepare the relevant time, action and reference without exposing private credentials.
- Protect the device and end signed-in sessions on a shared phone or computer.
- Do not use another person’s account, identity or payment method. Ask how to update your own details through the approved process.
Inspect current review, restriction and closure clauses, including the route for a question or complaint. Retain notices, dates and case references if access is limited. Read how pending transactions and funds are treated instead of assuming a fixed suspension period, guaranteed restoration deadline or automatic balance outcome.
Section 03
Understand conduct rules and member responsibilities
The points below identify safeguards and agreement topics to inspect. Read the actual prohibited-activity clauses, review process and stated consequences. A rule from another platform or a general example does not establish the conditions or sanctions applicable to a PANALOKO account.
- Eligibility and location: Proceed only if aged 21+ and eligible under the current service, account and location requirements.
- Payment ownership and verification: PANALOKO’s information requires use of the member’s own payment method and describes AML checks. Read the current ownership and identity conditions before funding.
- Account and service access: Do not use or interfere with another person’s account, game or service without authorisation.
- Automation and third-party tools: Read the current restrictions on automation, scripts and external account tools. Advertising for a tool does not establish permission to use it with the service.
- Offers and qualifying accounts: Inspect current eligibility and household conditions. False details, another identity or duplicate registration must not be used to obtain a reward.
Read the applicable consequences, review procedure and complaint route for a possible breach. Identify grounds, timing and treatment of funds from the current terms. A general conduct checklist cannot determine whether a restriction is justified or how an individual disagreement will be resolved.
Section 04
Inspect deposits, withdrawals and checks together
PANALOKO’s account information uses PHP or ₱, and earlier payment material names PayMaya, Autobank and USDT. Read today’s cashier choices, recipient instructions, ownership conditions, charges, limits and withdrawal destinations. Historical channel promotions do not confirm current availability, transfer speed or an amount your account can send or receive.
- Before and after a deposit: Check recipient, currency, exact amount and reference. Save the receipt and inspect account history for a pending transfer; do not assume failure, a refund or a need to send another payment.
- Before a withdrawal request: Read current KYC and AML requirements, approved submission routes, ownership and destination conditions. Check limits and accepted offer restrictions, and retain the request reference.
- Where a reward has been accepted: Read its wagering base, eligible games, contributions, maximum stake, deadlines and withdrawal restrictions. An earlier promotion does not establish an active reward or unrestricted withdrawal.
- For an unfamiliar transaction: Report the action through the current verified Service route, retaining its reference and time. Exclude passwords, OTPs and complete payment credentials from ordinary messages.
Ask how a verification or transaction review applies to the particular pending request and keep the explanation and case number. No processing deadline or requirement for a further payment is established here. Clarify an unexplained demand before transferring additional money, and do not treat another deposit as a method of tracing an earlier transaction.
Section 05
Read error, content and external-service clauses
Interruptions and settlement questions
Check how the current agreement treats service interruptions, display errors, accepted stakes, corrected results and disputed events. A technical problem alone does not determine a refund or remove every service responsibility. Preserve the round, selection or transaction reference and follow the stated complaint process. This guidance identifies clauses to inspect; it cannot decide the result of a particular dispute or replace the applicable terms.
Permissions for content and reuse
Read the relevant permissions before copying or publishing text, artwork, software or logos. PANALOKO’s available information does not establish ownership of every image or each current provider relationship. A name or illustration on a guidance page does not grant reuse rights, prove endorsement or verify a commercial arrangement. Check the actual rights and conditions for the material you intend to use.
Terms from payment and game services
A payment method or third-party game may have conditions alongside the account agreement. Inspect the current provider, destination, recipient and relevant terms before using it. A historical provider name cannot establish every operational relationship today. Do not infer a security certification, guaranteed quality or complaint outcome from recognition of a brand or channel.
Section 06
Check versions, dispute clauses and request routes
Keep the terms relevant to your action
Compare the covered service, version and effective date and retain a copy before an account or payment decision. If new wording may affect a pending request or previously accepted offer, ask how it applies. Read the relevant change clause instead of assuming that either the oldest screenshot or newest page automatically governs every earlier action.
Inspect governing-law and complaint provisions
Identify the governing-law, jurisdiction and complaint clauses in the current agreement. This page does not verify a jurisdiction or determine whether a clause is enforceable. Earlier company or licence statements cannot establish present Philippine authorisation. Clarify unclear wording before participating and preserve the applicable conditions and event references for any account enquiry.
Frame the account question precisely
Use the PANALOKO FAQ to identify the relevant account stage. For a personal issue, open the current Service entry after verifying the account destination and read the enquiry checklist before supplying further details.
Explain the issue and relevant clause, then give the necessary transaction, withdrawal, selection or round reference. Retain the case number and inspect current contact availability and hours. Passwords, one-time codes, full payment credentials and unrelated identity documents should stay out of general messages.
Resolve material conditions before continuing
You can read the account guidance and FAQ without registering or transferring money. Continue only if aged 21+, eligible under current conditions and comfortable with the terms and possible loss. Treat registration, funding and offer acceptance as separate decisions. A promotional screen does not oblige you to make a payment or accept a clause you do not understand.
